Greetings Friends,

Happiest New Year to you all! We hope you are feeling the great expanse in your hearts and spirits as we enter this new decade together!

We have been so full these last few months, re-imagining how to best bring our healing practices to you all, and fine tuning the sweet balance of hustle and rest as we gear up for some pretty big changes in 2020.

The most exciting news is we have decided to relocate to Western Massachusetts! Our dream is to be closer to family and to open a Flower and Frequency Headquarters! Yow!

We will be moving in the spring and hope to have an up and running DRIFT Meditation Studio and home base for our True Bloom Apothecary by the early summer.

We are so grateful for all of the support we've received in the bay area, and plan to travel back regularly for workshops, DRIFT performances, markets, and special events. We are also in the process of creating an online market, so you can continue to have access to workshops, meditation music, herbal products, and wellness tools.

The last few months have also taught us that our realistic bandwidth for sending newsletters feels more seasonal than monthly!

For those of you who have been following along all year, thank you sincerely! Our deepest wish is that you have gathered some tools and insights that are helping you to live healthier, more vibrant and balanced lives.

For those of you just tuning in, welcome! You can expect an email from us with meditation music, recipes, and herbal musings about 4x year!

We will also be sure to let you know about any big events, launches, or sales as they materialize!

That being said, we have so much lined up in the next few months, and hope to see you at one of our DRIFT events before the big move.
