We’ll meet up at the lovely Palace of Fine Arts Lagoon at 7pm for a special sound meditation just before the sun sets over the Golden Gate. We’ll provide you with a pair of wireless headphones and lush ambient soundscapes to drift into meditative states with while you gaze intently at the magnificent structures and the lagoon before you. Birds will swoop over the water, people will stroll with delight, the sky will dim, and your mind will drift along in meditation with the melodies in your headphones.
