Your Theta brainwave is thought to be a creative brainwave state and increases during a daydream and just before we drift off to sleep. It’s easiest to entrain to a Theta frequency while lying down. Yoga Nidra, sound baths, and naps are all common ways of increasing Theta brainwaves. This imaginative state of mind is also described as the gateway to our subconscious and generates deep emotions and memories.
