Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Begin to slow your breathing to the rhythm of the wave sound in the first minutes of the track. As the track continues try holding your breath for comfortable amounts of time, listening closely for the feeling of your pulse beating. You may begin to feel your body sway with your pulse.

Continue these techniques throughout the track to relieve anxiety and stress. Meditation can be a powerful and free tool for improving our immune system during difficult times.
