Five extra sound meditations

We really hope you enjoyed studying your brainwave frequencies in detail and that you deeply absorbed these simple meditation and relaxation techniques which can greatly enhance your overall wellbeing. We encourage you to keep learning about your body and to meditate with a sound guide as often as possible. Remember to use pink noise as a sleeping aid too to ensure you’re getting those important slow wave moments. We highly recommend the Honeywell Dreamweaver if you want a stationary device at your bedside. If you’d like to really get to know what’s happening in your head we suggest getting a Muse EEG headband. Neurofeedback is the fastest way to learn how to meditate correctly. You can literally guide yourself!
