Gateways To Meditation Through sound
Sound mediation is one of the most accessible forms of meditation for both newcomers and seasoned meditators alike due to the scientifically researched entrainment effects it elicits in the human brain. Brainwaves and sound waves are both measured as Hz (pulses per second) which allows us to easily guide our mind into more harmonic configurations with calculated sound pulses that strengthen our neural pathways and relax our body’s parasympathetic nervous system.
Sound Paths is an evidence based sound meditation practice which can help most people relieve anxiety, improve sleep patterns, reduce pain, sharpen neural coherence, and much more.
“My kind of composing is more like the work of a gardener. The gardener takes his seeds and scatters them, knowing what he is planting but not quite what will grow where and when.” -Brian Eno
