Three Day Sound Paths Retreat

Day 1: See “Full Day Sound Paths Retreat.”

Days 2 & 3: Let’s play it by ear! We suggest modifying the remainder of the retreat to the client’s preferences, to be determined by the experiences from the previous day.

Maybe you enjoyed isochronic tones over binaural beats? Or maybe you’d like to spend the whole day relaxing to the soothing sounds of plant music? We can even take the wireless headphones out on the road to nearby nature destinations that you’d like to meditate.

(Clients will receive a recording of our neuralfeedback recording and a list of best practices in sound meditation.)
